Public Transportation
Overview
In a typical year, over 10 billion trips are made on public transit in the United States. Busy urban environments like the Bay Area and Los Angeles have higher concentrations of public transit trips. Millions of people ride BART, MUNI, AC Transit, SamTrans, LA Metro and the multitude of other transit operators. Most of these trips are uneventful. But some result in tragedy.
Those tragedies occur when an inattentive driver strikes another vehicle or person. They can occur when improperly maintained vehicles or equipment result in injuries or death.
We’ve dealt with various agencies and their defenses. They know us and how serious we take these cases. If you or a loved one has been injured in a public transit-related incident, call us to discuss how we can help.
