Aviation Accidents
Overview
There are few accidents more serious than an aviation accident. Whether the aircraft is a jumbo jet, a small plane, a helicopter, an ultra-light or a hot air balloon, the risk of fatality is high. Rouda Feder Tietjen McGuinn has the resources, skills, and experience to represent people injured in aviation accidents, as well as the survivors of those who die a wrongful death.
An aviation accident may involve defective equipment, lack of maintenance, dangerous conditions on the runway, improper pilot training or a number of other factors.
We are experienced in working with federal agencies including the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB), as well as the Division of Aeronautics within Caltrans. We retain experts and specialists experienced in reconstructing aviation accidents so we can determine the cause and identify sources of liability.
